I started my software journey building games and real-time systems, designing event-driven architectures and optimizing memory under strict performance constraints. That foundation in game dev and performance engineering shaped how I approach every backend system today: fast by default, resilient under load, observable in production.
Over 4.5 years I've shipped production backends in Python and FastAPI: high-throughput REST APIs, async data pipelines, and event-driven services that handle real-time telemetry, semantic search, and AI-powered workflows. I'm the author of a published PyPI package and an active open-source contributor to Starlette and LlamaIndex.
My focus today is AI engineering: building RAG pipelines, orchestrating LLM agents, and designing systems where retrieval, synthesis, and tool-use work together under strict latency and reliability constraints.
My background in game development and audio engineering gives me a unique systems-thinking perspective and a user-centric approach to building reliable software.
